You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. You should have a defective item and the sales receipt with you. Goods are accepted back only if they have not been used and their trade look, consumer properties, factory and brand labels are preserved.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Russia, when you purchase goods remotely, the exchange of the goods can be done only through the procedure of the goods return.

 

1. Return of appropriate quality goods

Return of appropriate quality goods, that do not fit in size, color or any other reason, is based on Application of return which has to be submitted by the customer within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the date of the purchase. The refund for appropriate quality goods is equal to the price of the goods. All shipment costs are at the customer’s expense. Any customized goods cannot be returned.

2. Return of inappropriate quality goods

Inappropriate quality goods are the goods that cannot be used due to significant defect. The return of inappropriate quality goods is based on an Application of return that should be submitted within the item warranty period. The item warranty period can be found on the Verona Dance website www.veronadance.com

The return of an inappropriate quality item is fully refundable, including all shipment costs.

The shipment cost is not refundable If the inappropriate quality item was just one of the other items in the same order.

The return of inappropriate quality item is possible only if the customer has a proof of payment and supporting documents (sales receipt or invoice).

3. Refunding period

A refunding period depends on the item returning method and it is within 21 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends), starting from the date of receiving the returned item at the Verona Dance warehouse together with Application of return completed and signed by the customer. A positive or negative decision on the refund will be made based on the Verona Dance assessment.

4. Rules for refunds when paying by cards

When paying by cards, cash refund is not permitted. Refund procedure is regulated by the international fund transfer system rules.

For refunds on transactions made with errors the customer must submit a written Application of return with copies of a passport and sales receipts attached, confirming the error. This application should be sent to the email address info@veronadance.com
